I live in the Pacific Northwest with my husband, two kids, and two dogs.
I grew up training to be a classical ballet dancer and was a hairdresser for 15 years. I consider serving others to be a great privilege and a mighty teacher.
In addition to coaching, I maintain an art practice in soft pastels, write poetry and fiction, and run as much as life allows. I completed my first half-marathon last year—coming in almost dead last! I’m an ardent lover of history, genealogy, and literature—and am proud to be eight years sober from alcohol.
I completed the Coach Training Program through Co-Active Training Institute. My intention as a coach is to perpetuate energetic healing by helping people return home to their innate peace, wisdom, and vitality.
